Description
The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work including;
Providing expert contentious and non contentious advice on employment law matters to a range of clients.
Managing complex employment law cases.
Working closely with the existing Employment Partners across the Northern offices
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
Representing clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings.
Delivering training sessions and seminars on employment law topics.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Profile
The successful Employment Legal Director should have / be;
A track record in Employment law gained from a known law firm dealing with respondent work
Likely to be around 8 years PQE plus
Proven expertise in handling complex employment law cases.
Ties to Leeds
Already be working at LD level or in a senior position
Likely to have some of your own contacts
Job Offer
Competitive salary between £100000 and £115000 per annum.
