About the Role:
As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that help students explore geographical concepts, environmental issues, and global perspectives while developing analytical and investigative skills.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging geography lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Encourage students to explore environmental and global issues through discussion and investigation
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Maintain positive classroom behaviour and promote engagement
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support department goals
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Previous experience teaching geography in a secondary school setting is desirable
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Passion for inspiring interest in geography and global awareness
