About The Role
Support and Test Engineer in the Production Department, providing testing, manufacturing, and support for the design of electromechanical systems and equipment supplied by SEA for the Defence and Commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities
* Testing, repairing, and fault diagnosing electronic equipment, including circuit cards, sub-assemblies, and systems, using circuit diagrams, wiring schedules, and test documentation. Utilizing electronic test equipment such as logic analyzers, scopes, and multimeters.
* Assembling and testing prototype circuits, investigating component obsolescence, and supporting the Production and Design Teams.
* Demonstrating good soldering skills (IPC standards) and troubleshooting design faults.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* HNC or above in Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years of industry experience.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating across disciplines.
* Self-motivated, practical, flexible, and problem-solving attitude.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to maintain documentation, write test specifications, and work instructions.
