Co-founded by Cathy Guetta, Djaayz is a DJ booking platform built specifically for the hospitality industry: hotels, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, clubs, and corporate events.
We streamline everything — DJ selection, booking, payments, invoicing, and scheduling — with a network of 13,000+ DJs across France and the UK.
Djaayz already works with hospitality groups, premium restaurants, and iconic venues (e.g. Four Seasons Hotel, The Shard, La Môme, Hanoi Café etc..) and is now entering a strong acceleration phase.
The Role
B2B Business Development – Hospitality
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and sign new B2B clients
* (hotels, restaurants, bars, beach clubs, clubs, event agencies)
* Build, develop, and retain a portfolio of active, recurring accounts
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospection → negotiation → closing
Profile We’re Looking For
* 2–5+ years’ experience in sales / business development
* ✔️ Background in Pernod Ricard / Diageo / Bacardi / Moët Hennessy
* ✔️ Former Sales / On-Trade / Field Sales / Brand Ambassador / Key Account
* ✔️ Active network across bars, restaurants, hotels, beach clubs, clubs
* ✔️ Very comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and closing
* ✔️ Strong affinity with hospitality / nightlife / events environments
* Fluent in French & English (additional languages are a plus)
