NextPhase Hire is recruiting self-employed Sales Representatives to promote a leading Point-of-Sale (POS) solution for small and medium-sized businesses across the UK.
Your job is to contact and sell POS solutions such as card readers, till systems and other technologies to UK businesses. The technologies are proven, well established and improve the operations of businesses to increase sales.
This is a commission-only, fully remote role, ideal for motivated individuals who are confident in B2B sales and looking for a flexible opportunity with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate your own leads and approach businesses (full support and training provided)
• Promote and sell a proven POS system
• Build relationships and close sales independently
• Earn a one-time commission for each sale, plus ongoing monthly income from each active account
Earnings:
• Upfront commission per confirmed sale
• Monthly residuals based on client account activity
• No income cap – earnings increase as your client base grows
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales (face-to-face, telesales, retail, B2B or similar)
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively
• Must have access to phone/internet and be comfortable working remotely

• This is a self-employed, commission-only role
• Remote working – suitable from anywhere in the UK
• Flexible hours – full-time or part-time
