We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a retail and e-commerce background to join our highly successful team in Brentford.
The successful candidate will work within the ShopKit Kemp Team as an E-commerce Retail Assistant. You will be responsible for fulfilling shop orders, customer service, and light admin duties. You should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication skills.
This role offers scope to make a difference; ideas and proactive thinking are highly encouraged.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am.
Main duties include, but are not limited to:
* Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for online customers, answering phone and email inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders efficiently and promptly.
* Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Shop Kit Kemp products to inform customer service and provide information to online customers.
* Online Shop: Assist in editing and uploading product photographs and descriptions to the ecommerce platform, and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner.
* Stock Control: Assist with stock checks and stocktakes, unpack and process daily deliveries, handle returns and write-offs with the Head of Retail, and assist with managing slow-moving and discontinued stock. Keep storage areas organized and accessible.
* Security and Maintenance: Minimize stock loss by maintaining high awareness levels; report safety hazards and risks to the Head of Retail.
* General: Fulfill any other duties as directed by the Head of Retail.
