Purpose of Post

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Coach to support apprentices in achieving their Human Resources qualifications, specifically the Level 3 and 5 standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and guiding apprentices through their learning journey, ensuring they gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for successful completion.


Responsibilities

As a Learning and Development Coach, you will be supporting your learners through the successful completion of their apprenticeship program by providing coaching, guidance and support to both the learners and their employer. You will maintain regular contact with your learners and their employers and will be measured on learner progression. Our programmes are delivered through a blended learning approach including, observations, professional discussions, work-based evidence, assignments, witness testimonies, and group taught sessions. You will ensure that scheduled assessments, tasks and activities are complete. Excellent communication is key, with a desire to work in a coaching and mentoring environment.


Qualifications and requirements

Perquisites to the Position – Applicants must possess qualifications up to Level 5 in Human Resources, along with relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering advanced-level education or training, with a strong understanding of strategic human resources, organisational behaviour, and leadership. They should be adept at supporting learners, facilitating critical thinking, and assessing work aligned to Level 5 qualification standards.
