Exciting Opportunity for a Factory Manager to join a small FMCG business with a rich history and great products!
Our client is an established company who are now seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee factory operations, H&S and training procedures whilst leading BRC accreditation preparations.
Reporting directly into the MD, this pivotal role entails managing a small team in fast paced factory setting. The factory features unique and quirky processes and as the business sets out on a journey to modernize their operations, they are seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead this transformation.
This is a Monday to Friday days position with an early finish on Fridays!
This role would suit an experienced Factory Shift Manager or Production Manager who has experience leading teams within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry and a strong working knowledge of BRC.
