About the Role
As Director of Learning for Maths, you will:
1. Lead and develop a high-performing Maths department
2. Drive outstanding teaching and learning across KS3–KS5 (including A-Level/IB)
3. Raise attainment and progress through strategic leadership
4. Inspire, coach, and develop teaching staff
5. Embed a culture of high expectations and academic success
