* Teach a delightful Year 3 class through well-planned, inclusive, and creative lessons
* Assess progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs

* Work closely with parents and colleagues to support each child’s journey

* A good understanding of the KS2 curriculum, particularly the Year 3 transition
