This is a new fixed-term post that will be crucial in the delivery of the new Community Pharmacy Nutrition Service (CPNS) which involves the supply and monitoring of patients receiving Oral Nutritional Supplements (ONS) by Community Pharmacy. Working with Prescribing Support Dieticians and the Community Pharmacy Development Team, this will predominately involve visiting Community Pharmacies across the whole of GGC to provide advice and practical support to Community Pharmacy Teams in the commencement and ongoing delivery of this new service. Previous experience in working with the public and good attention to detail are essential and a knowledge of Community Pharmacy would be desirable.
