People Advisor Role: We understand the importance of creating a remarkable culture through our highly valued people proposition. As a people advisor you will support in bringing this culture to life for our West hub Business Units. The People Advisor will sit within the Tenzing team and will be responsible for supporting the Scotland & Yorkshire Hub People Leads in looking after the wellbeing of our ANDis, supporting their growth and development, alongside any operational activities associated with the business units (BUs). The role will also work closely with the UK Talent Team to support and co-ordinate the successful roll-out of initiatives into the S&Y Hub. Flexibility and Travel are a requirement of this role to provide support across the BUs in the S&Y Hub which cover Leeds and Halifax and potentially some travel to Scotland from time to time. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop in their career, build experience and work on a pathway to a People Lead role in the Management Team of a BU. Responsibilities: Assist the People Leads within the S&Y hub with any people related activities Undertake administrative and operational people processes for the ANDis in our hub Engage and support the people leads on ER matters within their clubs Support people leads on Illume people engagement activities including management of the illume surveys across BUs Conduct exit interviews for andis across the hub reporting back to the people leads and to the Tenzing team, providing useful insights and feedback on themes and opportunities Organise fun and inclusive engagement events including club/action days for each of the business units Work with the people champions across the hub to support wellbeing and community engagement initiatives Support people leads with andi progression and performance processes Help onboard and set up new andis into business units in collaboration with the people leads and the academy team Support people leads on implementing people related changes and projects into their business units Ensure people related data is kept up to date and regularly maintained across our systems, primarily Luna inline with Payroll deadlines Provide administrative support to BUs in the Hub for facilities management including Health & Safety reporting, Sustainability reporting, building access Work alongside the UK Talent Team to rollout of internal projects e.g. Benefits platform Skills & Experience: Experience working as a HR/people advisor in a generalist role Have a great knowledge of HR processes and procedures Some experience managing ER cases with technical HR knowledge, demonstrating awareness of key Employment Law requirements Excellent organisation and communication skills Professionalism and a respect for confidentiality and discretion.
