An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Promoting Safe Services (PSS) Team for a Clinical In-Reach and Training Manager. As part of the PSS management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the training team to ensure the delivery of essential, high-quality training programmes designed to prevent and safely manage behaviours that challenge within clinical services. There will be a focus on expanding the delivery of PSS training to external agencies, which will require developing positive working relationships with external partners.
The post holder will be required to demonstrate the ability to uphold KMPT Trust values at all times, representing the organisation in various external forums.
You will work clinically with MDT teams supporting individual patients who present with dysregulated, distressed, and harmful behaviours through a positive behaviour framework. There will be a focus on reducing restrictive practices while providing expert advice, practical leadership, and coaching on strategies to enhance the lives of the people we support.
The post holder must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
