What you'll be doing
1. Build trusting relationships with residents, providing regular support to everyone in your caseload
2. Create and implement practical support plans focused on budgeting, finance management, and moving on
3. Advocate for your residents, liaising with agencies and services to ensure they get the support they need
4. Complete risk assessments and support plans, tailoring your approach to each resident's unique situation
5. Assist residents with practical issues and housing-related matters
6. Work as part of a supportive team, contributing to the smooth running of our temporary accommodation service
