Key Responsibilities of a Housing Support Team Leader
* Lead and supervise a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality support is provided to residents.
* Manage recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding new staff. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the team performs to its best potential.
* Oversee the day-to-day support and development plans for residents, ensuring individual needs are met, and outcomes are achieved.
* Monitor team performance, ensure compliance with service standards, and prepare regular reports for management.
* Liaise with external agencies, local authorities, and other partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Provide guidance and support during crisis situations, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents and staff.
