This award-winning, highly revered Legal 500 accredited private practice is seeking a UK Qualified Trade Mark Attorney (1–3 years’ PQE) to join its dynamic and talented Trade Mark practice group.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Trade Mark Attorney looking to develop their career within a thriving private practice environment.
The Opportunity You will join a highly experienced and collaborative Trade Mark team, working within a fast-paced department that delivers high-quality advice to a diverse client base. The successful candidate will be expected to become fully involved from day one, taking responsibility for a varied caseload and supporting the wider team in providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing UK and international trade mark portfolios
* Advising clients on clearance, filing, prosecution and enforcement matters
* Handling oppositions and other contentious trade mark proceedings
* Liaising directly with clients, overseas associates and relevant authorities
* Supporting the team in delivering a consistently high standard of service
Candidate Profile
* UK Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with 1–3 years’ PQE
* Ideally trained within a private practice or full-service law firm
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work effectively under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, enthusiastic and commercially astute
