Primary Teacher Wanted for Newport. Education Supply Pool is a PAYE employer recruiting Primary Teachers for schools based within Newport and its surrounding areas. Education Supply Pool is seeking Primary Teachers who have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education. This role supports day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply positions. Joining supply is a great opportunity to gain experience in different school settings with a flexible schedule you control. Having a valid UK Driving Licence may increase opportunities to find work.
Benefits
* A minimum pay rate for a Primary Teacher of at least M1 (Currently £166.33 per day)
* A team with over twenty years’ experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies

* Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* The successful Candidate must:
* Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Have experience of teaching within the UK
* Be able to set high standards
* Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline
* Plan innovative and creative lessons
* Have the appropriate Education and Training
* Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum
* Maintain necessary assessment of pupils
* Be able to inspire and motivate pupils
* Be adaptable and reliable
* Be a flexible and confident individual
