What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a varied telephone-based caseload, providing expert occupational health advice and support
Producing clear, evidence-based clinical reports that help employers and employees make informed decisions
Offering guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues as part of a collaborative, team-focused environment
Supporting workplace wellbeing by delivering tailored clinical recommendations
What We’re Looking For
NMC Part 1 Registered Nurse (essential)
Occupational Health qualification (Degree or Diploma desirable but not essential)
Proven experience in case management within an Occupational Health setting
Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and IT skills
