Customer Service | Service | Full time
Vantage is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota Leeds. We offer a competitive salary of up to £25,282.40 per annum (dependent on experience), with OTE up to £32,882.40, along with excellent benefits. This is a full-time position, typically working Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Smart appearance, confident, professional, enthusiastic, with a passion for customer service
* Ability to build lasting customer relationships and understand their needs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, coordinating workshop activities
* Full clean UK Driving Licence
Role Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service, scheduling work, and providing accurate estimates
* Ensuring customers are informed about timescales and costs
* Promoting genuine parts and accessories, and marketing current promotions
