We are undergoing an exciting expansion, set to complete in December 2025, which will double the size of our practice. As we grow, we are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us deliver the very best care for our clients and their pets.
What your typical day will look like:
As a Client Care Advisor, your focus is on delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the highest standard of care for their pets. You will act as the vital link between our clients and the clinical team, building strong relationships with both.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
2. Build strong relationships with clients to support them with their needs
3. Supporting with insurance claims, liaising with referral practices
4. Helping the clinical team with administration duties
5. Offering guidance, support, and expertise throughout their visit
6. Managing payments, future bookings, and coordinating daily routines using our online booking system
Ensuring every client leaves the practice feeling confident, cared for, and eager to return
This is a full-time role (40 hours week) with shift patterns of 8am–4pm and 11am–7pm, including 1 in 5 Saturdays with a weekday off.
