Trackway Installer / Crew Operative Pay: From £14.00 per hour, 1.5x times after 45 hours, 2x times on Sundays Location: Oxfordshire (UK-wide travel required) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role Due to continued growth, we are looking for Trackway Installer Crew Operatives to join a busy and expanding operations team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role involving the installation and recovery of specialist trackway systems across a wide range of industries throughout the UK. You’ll work as part of a small, close-knit crew (typically 2–3 people), often in challenging environments and varying weather conditions. The role includes regular travel and nights away during the working week, with accommodation and allowances provided.
