Description
* Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approval in line with company policy.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Prepare payment runs (BACS/cheques) and ensure suppliers are paid within agreed terms.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP ledgers.
* Raise and issue customer invoices for service, installation, and maintenance contracts.
* Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time.
* Chase outstanding debts professionally, maintaining good client relationships.
* Provide monthly AR ageing reports to management.
* Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash processing.
* Support month-end close, including accruals and journal postings and supporting the wider accountancy department.
