Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm; Saturday 09:00am – 05:00pm with a one‑hour unpaid break for lunch each day.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Bringing the BMW experience to life through personalised product presentations and deep‑dive demonstrations.
* Supporting customers and the sales team by sharing your product expertise and helping with handovers and test drives.
* Maintaining a standout showroom environment, ensuring our display and demo cars look their absolute best.
* Assisting with photography and presentation of used vehicles so our online listings truly shine.
* Collecting and delivering vehicles – driving some of the incredible cars we sell.
* Supporting the Sales Executives to ensure customers enjoy a seamless, memorable, end‑to‑end experience.
About You
* Energetic, proactive, and confident.
* Passionate about delivering a genuine “Genius experience.”
* Curious and driven – someone who loves learning and enjoys developing their skills.
* Comfortable speaking with customers in person or by phone.
* Ideally experienced in a customer‑facing, retail or sales environment (any sector welcome).
