Jackson Hogg is supporting a growing project engineering business in appointing a Purchasing Manager. With projects across the UK, Europe, and Asia, the company is expanding its capabilities and supply chain. They seek a dynamic procurement professional to join the team.
About the Role
This is a newly created position due to growth. As Purchasing Manager, you will be part of a collaborative team, involved in operational and strategic procurement activities.
Your responsibilities include shaping a procurement function that sources goods and services on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The role involves managing supplier relationships, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving continuous improvement.
You will lead a small team, support high-value tenders, and contribute to project planning, financial forecasting, and reviews.
What You’ll Bring
Solid procurement experience, preferably in heavy engineering or construction, with success in managing supply chain operations.
