We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager Contractor to provide immediate, hands‑on support to a high‑performing brand team. This role is critical to maintaining pace, quality, and strategic focus within the chosen therapeutic area. The successful candidate will operate independently, delivering high‑impact marketing materials and tactical execution at speed.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of core marketing materials and tactical plans to support brand defence against a new competitor
* Drive delivery at pace while maintaining high‑quality, concise outputs
* Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment across field, medical and market access teams
* Take full ownership and accountability for day‑to‑day delivery, proactively managing risks and solutions
* Reduce reliance on senior leadership by operating independently in a fast‑paced environment
Skills & Experience Required
* Significant pharmaceutical marketing experience, ideally within specialty care or biologics
* Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver in high‑pressure, fast‑moving settings
* Strong track record of execution excellence, with the ability to prioritise what matters most
* Confident cross‑functional stakeholder management skills
* Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and comfortable taking full accountability for outcomes
