* Assist with sub-contract enquiries at tender stage.
* Agreeing scope of works and fees with subcontractors for packages.
* Review Sub-Contractor quotes, complete comparisons and raise orders.
* Assist Commercial Manager updating weekly sign off sheets for the Board of Directors.
* Liaise with Senior Stakeholders on site procurement and allocated projects.
* Provide monthly forecast costs.
* Flexible to support other departments when required.
* Provide support/cover to Commercial Manager.
* Attend Pre-Construction meetings with internal & external partners.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
* Proven experience within a Subcontract Buying role.
* Essential construction knowledge.
* Desire to understand/promote the company purpose, vision and values.
* Sage knowledge.
* Essential Microsoft Office Knowledge.
Qualification and Skills:
* Relevant business degree or equivalent experience.
* Self-starter, can-do attitude, desire to embrace new challenges.
* Team player working to tight deadlings & manage workload.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
