The Screwfix App plays a huge role in how our customers shop with us. From quick orders on the go to personalised offers and rewards, it’s a key part of the customer journey.
We’re looking for an App Engagement Manager to help us take that experience even further. In this role, you’ll own the delivery of activity that drives app visits, conversion, frequency and ultimately revenue. You’ll work across the business to create compelling campaigns, improve customer journeys and build mechanics that keep customers coming back to the app again and again.

Responsibilities
11. Deliver mechanics for driving retention for our App customers through activity.. Rewards, App CRM, trading support, reporting and analytics, feature adoption and any other activity that will ensure we retain app customers.
12. Execute Screwfix Rewards activity on the App, that will drive app revenue, visits, frequency, lifetime value, and loyalty using our leading automated marketing systems
13. Build relationships and collaborate cross functionally (inc. Logistics, Retail Ops, Trading, Marketing, Digital analytics, IT development & Propositions) to deliver App activity, working with them to solve complexities and or challenges in delivery
14. Forge and build strong relationships with CRM, collaborating to deliver plans for Email, Push & SMS to support the success of Screwfix Rewards
15. During and post campaigns, you will construct and analyse campaign reporting, taking key trends, behaviours and insight to support the success of future Screwfix Rewards activity
16. Identifying, building and continuous improvement of journeys in Braze to drive app revenue, visits, frequency, lifetime value, and loyalty
Qualifications
17. A strong understanding of the principles of direct marketing especially in using digital channels such as App push, in app messages and Email
18. Flexible, enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to work to targets in a deadline driven environment
19. Strong planning and organisation skills
20. Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
21. Good verbal, written and presentation skills
22. Working in a high paced environment, able to prioritise and work calmly under pressure
23. Ability to interpret complex information and present back in a simple user-friendly format
