But at McCain, its not just about what we make, but its about how we make it thats important. We are looking for Technical Operatives (also known as Tech Ops) to join our WeAreMcCain family. It would be your role to ensure our products are produced to company standard which includes: Sampling of raw product Maintaining machine output Validation of line conditions Effective communication to other functions All whilst maintaining high quality, hygiene, maximum production, and a high level of safety - our number one priority here at McCain. However, we are looking for someone who can really make a difference to our plant, who brings experience of working in a team, the ability to work closely with their manager, and who has a real ability to bring people along a change journey with them. You must also have A keen eye for continuous improvement and who will strive to find areas to enhance our line operations within our plant. The ability to work at pace, without jeopardising quality and standards. A team player who can play towards creating our winning culture. A passion for quality with an eye for detail.
