Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Preparation of personal and business tax returns
* Preparation and submission of VAT returns
* Working extensively with Excel and cloud‑based accounting software including Xero and QuickBooks
* Supporting clients with bookkeeping and general accounting queries
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
* Managing a varied workload independently and supporting senior team members where required
* Ensuring compliance with current accounting and tax legislation
