£900 Standby | 1 in 12 Call-Out | 40 Hours
We are recruiting for a leading industrial maintenance provider delivering specialist services across combustion, boiler, and process plant systems within sectors such as manufacturing, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticals.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas / Combustion Engineer to join a highly skilled field-based team covering the South West.
What’s on Offer
* Up to £48,000 basic salary
* Tesla Model 3 company vehicle (all engineers)
* Door-to-door travel pay
* £900 standby payment (1 in 12 call-out rota)
* 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)

* Ongoing training and specialist upskilling
Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintenance, and repair of industrial combustion systems and gas equipment including Dunphy, Riello, NuWay, SAACKE and Cochran.
* Fault finding, diagnostics, and breakdown response
* Testing and performance monitoring of equipment
* Completion of digital service reports and compliance documentation
* Identifying remedial works and energy efficiency improvements
* Building strong working relationships with clients on-site
Requirements
* Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CORT1)
* Strong background in combustion / industrial gas systems
* Experience working in plant rooms or process environments
* Electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability
* Full UK driving licence
* Flexible to travel and participate in call-out rota
