McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Care & Support Assistant to join their team at their stunning estate, The Old Market Village, in Wimborne.
McCarthy Stone's brand new retirement village, 'The Old Market Village', is currently under construction and will feature bungalows and chalet bungalows known as 'The Old Market Gardens' and apartments called ‘Market House’, all set within a beautiful village green.
Base Salary: £11.96 per hour plus additional pay (see below).

About the role:
As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their health and wellbeing. Your duties include housekeeping, domestic support, assisting residents with appointments, transport, shopping, and encouraging participation in activities.
About you:
You are a warm, friendly individual, ideally with some experience in care or support. You are passionate about older people's wellbeing, enjoy teamwork, and are committed to excellent customer service. A QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults) is preferred, but relevant experience and qualifications will be considered.
