Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain public areas in line with brand standards Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are organised and ready for use Report and follow up on maintenance or damage issues promptly Respond efficiently to guest requests and operational needs Adhere to lost property, safety and environmental procedures.
