Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design and draughting projects of varying size and complexity. This role requires a strong technical background, design skills, and the ability to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading work on engineering packages large and small, ensuring satisfactory completion.
* Solving engineering issues and heading the company's design function.
* Overseeing team design output and presentation.
* Providing commercial awareness during project execution.
* Liaising with clients regarding engineering issues.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
* Degree or similar in an engineering discipline.
* Experience of Solidworks CAD package.
* Understanding of engineering principles and safety standards.
* Communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a supervisory role.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
* Experience of MS Excel and MS Project .
* Legal status to work in the UK.
* Training is available where required.
