CNC ProgrammerDudley Port, West Midlands£33,000 to £37,000 per annumFull-Time | PermanentHours: Mon–Thurs 7:30am–4:15pm | Fri 7:30am–12:00pm (early finish)We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing precision engineering team. You’ll create, test, and optimise CNC programs for milling and turning operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-quality results.Key Responsibilities:
* Program and optimise CNC machines
* Set up and fine-tune CNC milling and turning centres.
* Work with machinists and engineers to improve tooling and setups.
* Read from engineering drawings
* Drilling, tapping and slotting
* Maintain quality and safety documentation.
About You:
* Experienced in CNC Programming with a precision engineering background.
* Skilled in programming, using Fanuc controls but not essential
* Able to read technical drawings and GD&T.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
