Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work for a growing company based near Fareham
You`ll play a crucial role in their business by managing and maintaining every property in their portfolio.
Duties
1. Oversee the maintenance of the portfolio
2. Conduct routine Inspections
3. Conduct the entire checkout process, including checkouts, deposit returns, closing accounts
4. Inventories for ingoing tenants
5. Chase outstanding rental income
6. Assist with implementing legislation changes
Personal requirements:
7. Previous Property Management experience essential
8. Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
9. Awareness of property management processes and legislation
10. A complete, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to the role
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700 (office based)
Salary: up to £28,500 plus bonus
