Based at our HMP Thameside substance misuse service, you will provide a range of administrative tasks and support to deliver person-centred services that enable our service users to achieve their potential.
Location and Setting
The role is based at HMP Thameside, a Category B male prison in South London. We provide an integrated model of psycho-social and clinical support, which is evidence-based and focused on meeting complex individual needs.
Role Details
The core hours are Monday to Friday. As the role is within HMP Thameside, full clearance for working in prison (including DBS and MOJ clearance checks) is required.
We offer a starting salary of £26,373 + £3,633 ILW, rising annually in line with pay bands, up to £30,852 + £3,633 ILW. Salary may be higher depending on experience.

Responsibilities
* Inputting and uploading data to meet MOJ standards and PHOF compliance
* Reviewing PHOF modules (Clinical and Psycho-social)
* Monthly and quarterly reporting, trend analysis, and retrospective data matching
* Producing weekly activity reports for Tower Hamlets and Hackney TTG
* Monitoring data upload compliance and conducting performance reviews with data leads
* Ensuring efficient administrative processes and overseeing financial, safety, and stock management systems
* Providing administrative support including reception, referrals, and correspondence
* Data validation, monitoring, and compiling for audits and outcomes
* Maintaining accurate records of meetings and client electronic case records
* Participating in training and development, and self-review for performance improvement
* Interpreting data, anticipating service needs, and recommending improvements
* Using Microsoft Office applications proficiently
* Supporting team collaboration and communication
Desirable Experience
Previous experience in health and social care settings is advantageous.
