Purpose of the role: The Buyers Admin Assistant supports the Buyer and Head of Buying in the smooth and commercial delivery of the product range to drive profitable sales growth. This role supports the management to ensure that the collections, once designed are appropriately priced and that they are effectively produced to the quality expectations of the Crew customer and in line with department and business expectations. Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days from home Salary: 25.5k Responsibilities: Assisting Buyer and Head of Buying in all aspects of the product development process Raising orders accurately and sending to suppliers, working with the wider team to ensure the critical path is being adhered to Liaise with suppliers regarding order confirmation, lead times and delivery schedules Oversee buying info on the critical path to ensure 100% accuracy and information entered in a timely manner Sample management including logging, labelling and chasing in relevant samples Critical path management Supporting technical teams in measuring and logging fit samples Communicating with wider team & cross functional departments to coordinate samples ahead of photoshoots, influencers, campaigns Preparing samples for meetings and ad hoc tasks Key Skills and Experience: At least 6 months experience in same or similar role Excellent communication and organisational skills Excellent computer literacy in Excel/Outlook/Word/Powerpoint Ability to prioritise and manage a work schedule whilst working to tight deadlines Ability to initiate and build strong relationships with suppliers and other department members Team work but motivated and able to work independently Understanding of the buying function and critical path processes Able to work with pace and energy Desire to learn understanding of garment construction and production processes Passion for product and keen to learn Positive and solutions orientated Keen to progress within the role Benefits: Annual leave entitlement – 25 days FTE paid holiday any bank/public holidays.
