Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time

The role
Pinehill Hospital is one of Hertfordshire’s leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatment. Situated in tranquil, wooded surroundings, Pinehill provides a peaceful environment to aid a speedy recovery. The hospital’s range of treatments and services include cosmetic surgery, hip replacements, knee replacement, varicose vein treatment, hernia surgery, physiotherapy, cataract surgery, gynaecology services, snoring treatment, and ear, nose and throat treatments.
We currently have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pinehill Hospital, based in Hitchin. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills, a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed daily. You must be committed to upholding hospital policies and procedures and be fully IT proficient.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support in a busy hospital environment and contribute to high quality customer service
* Demonstrate accuracy and speed in completing daily tasks
* Uphold hospital policies and procedures
* Be fully IT proficient
* Make decisions and use your initiative as required
Skills & Attributes
* A warm, considerate and empathetic character
* Previous Admin experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - face to face, via email and telephone
* Fast and efficient computer skills
