Patient Booker
Location: Bangor
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Start date: Monday 16th February
We are currently recruiting for a Patient Booker to join our client's team in Bangor. This role plays an important part in supporting clinical services and ensuring patients receive a smooth and well‑organised experience.
What you'll be doing

* Reviewing patient referrals to assess suitability for clinical units
* Booking appointments and ensuring patients have all relevant information and medications
* Sending follow‑up correspondence to keep patients informed
* Managing appointment changes and cancellations professionally and efficiently
* Maintaining accurate patient correspondence and contact records in line with procedures
Skills and experience
* Previous experience in medical patient appointment booking
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A professional and patient‑focused approach
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
