Key responsibilities for the Propositions Manager:
1. Lead the development, delivery, and enhancement of business energy propositions, aligned with company strategy and customer needs
2. Manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, performance tracking, and improvements
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance existing tariffs and introduce innovative pricing structures
4. Drive product improvements using KPIs, customer feedback, and market insights
5. Develop and oversee project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
6. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams
8. Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve project goals
9. Ensure products are successfully embedded into business-as-usual processes with appropriate handover and training
Skills and Experience required for the Proposition Manager:
10. Experience within energy or utilities sectors is preferable
11. Background in project management, proposition development, or similar roles
12. Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights
13. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
14. Commercially aware with an understanding of market dynamics
