Job Description
* Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
* Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, both in working methods and personal hygiene
* Maintains standards by training staff and developing them.
* Accomplishes staff job results by coaching and training.
* Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and adhering to company legal regulations.
* Supporting Pastry Assembly Manager to run the operation and ensuring all the standards are met.
* Always looking to exceed targets and expectations as well as improve own skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Experience and a proven background in Catering / Kitchen environment.
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to multitask.
* Ability to take initiative, work independently and or within a productive team.
* Familiarity with working with employees from a variety of cultural and language backgrounds
* Passion for high-end cuisine, love for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service.
* Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success.
* Flexible in the way you think and adapting quickly and efficiently to stressful situations.
