Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator. The successful candidate will support the client’s finance team, primarily focused on accounts payable and general financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices accurately and on time
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
* Maintain and update supplier statements
* Support the finance team with general administrative tasks
* Assist with ad-hoc reporting and finance projects as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or finance administration
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic finance team
* Short-term contract with potential for extension
