We are looking for a Operation Coordinator to join our team in King's Lynn on a 3-month temporary contract, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our production facility. The role will coordinate production scheduling, maintenance planning and contractor activities to support operational reliability. What You’ll Do: Ensure work orders are raised in line with the production plan. Liaise with the production planner, customer service and maintenance on a day-to-day basis File work orders. Undertake other administrative assignments related to job role as determined by the production management Be accountable for the site waste management system Support the daily Maintenance operations, supporting the supervisor using the AMMS system, and to be a superuser of the system. Supporting the Maintenance work scheduling, ensuring production asset availability minimising production disruption. Administrate contractor management Support the Critical spares management Be responsible for Engineering administration Ensure Goods Receipting for contactor OP’s are executed in a timely manner. What You’ll Bring: -At least “A” level education standard and good numeracy skills. -Experience of ERP / MRP systems is highly desirable. -Strong communication skills, including ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately, professionally and completely, verbally and in writing. -Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy and poise. -Effective personal time management and organization skills. -Experience in a Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point) About the Team Sensient Personal Care and Specialty Market (PCSM) develops, produces and markets ingredients and high quality colors for the personal care and cosmetics industry, as well as specialty colors for use in household and industrial cleaners, specialist coatings and agriculture product applications.
