Overview
We are currently looking for Plumber Multi Trade in the Staines area, working for a well established Housing Association. This is a long term contract position, working on reactive repairs across occupied social housing properties.
As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will receive
* £180 - £200 a day
* Company van and fuel card
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday

As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will be
* Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties
* Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
* Fixing leaks and leak detection
* Installing bath panels, pipe work, taps
* General carpentry repairs, wall tiling, plastering and painting and decorating
As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will need
* Core Trade in Plumbing
* Proven experience in Carpentry, Plastering, Tiling and Painting and decorating
* Full licence (no more than 6 points)
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
