Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored packaging solutions.
* Conduct regular sales visits to clients, showcasing products, addressing inquiries, and negotiating contracts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our client's products and services.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related (Desired)
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the packaging manufacturing industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
