About the Role: Our client is a leading national provider of mechanical and HVAC services, is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of mechanical maintenance contracts. This includes managing key clients such as David Lloyd Gyms and Vue Cinemas, with a focus across the commercial, leisure, and light industrial sectors. This is a critical role that requires strong operational and client-facing skills. You'll lead a team of 12 engineers and ensure the successful delivery of AC and boiler maintenance contracts across the UK. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the delivery of HVAC (AC & Boiler) maintenance contracts across commercial and leisure sites. * Lead and support a team of 12 engineers, ensuring high standards and SLA compliance. * Build strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact. * Monitor contract performance, budgets, and profit margins. * Work closely with internal departments and other offices nationally. Candidate Profile: * Proven experience managing mechanical maintenance contracts * Strong leadership background with the ability to manage multi-site teams. * Excellent client-facing and communication skills. * Background in commercial/leisure environments highly desirable. * Based within reasonable travel distance to HQ (for 1 day a week in-office).
