Tipton Green College is an independent specialist day school providing high-quality education for boys and girls. Based in Tipton, the college meets the diverse needs of pupils aged 11-19 with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The successful candidate will need:
* Extensive experience as a Head Teacher in a SEND environment or similar setting.
* Good understanding of the School Improvement process, effective curriculum models, and development processes to help the school achieve an outstanding rating.
* Thorough knowledge of the Independent School Standards.
* Ability to motivate and support staff and pupils using a person-centred approach.
* A proactive 'can do, will do' attitude and a desire to succeed and improve.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Qualified Teacher Status.
