The Role:
As a Team Assistant, you’ll work closely with the PA team to ensure the smooth delivery and administration of executive search assignments. This role offers a clear development path towards becoming a PA, making it ideal for someone looking to grow within the executive support space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across client and candidate assignments
* Maintain GDPR compliance and ensure data integrity across systems
* Manage and update the client and candidate database
* Conduct due diligence checks and assist with candidate referencing
* Format and proofread documents to ensure brand and quality standards
* Manage shared team inboxes and ensure prompt follow-up on tasks
About You:
* A proactive self-starter with excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
