Residential Property Conveyancer
Location: London
Salary: Competitive & negotiable, commensurate with experience
Hybrid Working: Available (2-3 days in the office)
Experience Required: 1-6 years' experience in residential conveyancing or on the CILEX Licensed Conveyancer route.
Role Overview:
A growing law firm in London is looking for a Residential Property Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential property transactions and gain exposure to a range of property-related matters. If you have 1-6 years' experience in conveyancing or are on the CILEX Licensed Conveyancer path, this role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, and opportunities to develop your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage residential property transactions including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, and leasehold enfranchisement.
* Collaborate with the team to provide clients with efficient, high-quality service.
* Work independently on your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
* Assist in managing client relationships and providing legal advice.
Ideal Candidate:
* 2-4 years of experience in residential property conveyancing.
* Candidates working towards CILEX Licensed Conveyancer qualification are also welcome to apply.
* Strong client management skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Organised, motivated, and proactive in managing your caseload.
