What you'll do:
As Team Manager, youll be responsible for leading a high-performing frontline sales and service team. Your focus will be on:
* Motivating and engaging your team to consistently exceed expectations
* Coaching individuals to deliver top-tier customer service and meet commercial targets, including upselling and cross-selling
* Managing performance, behaviours, and development in line with company standards
* Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures
